4 Jal Mudra : This is for Blood Purification and all Skin Diseases.
5 Ling Mudra: Headache, Fever etc.
6 Pachan Mudra: Do only after taking food. It is for Digestive System
7 Pran mudra: Eye Problems, Nervous Problems and it also Charges all Parts of the Body.
8 Prithvi Mudra: For Peace of Mind, Active Body etc.
9 Surya Mudra: Cholesterol etc
10 Vayu Mudra: For Joint Pains, Stomach Problems etc
