Drink plenty of water.
Make it a habit of drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. Water is one of the most essential elements needed for our proper body functioning. It is necessary for each and every function taking place in the entire body. Some people don’t like the taste of plain water. Having just 30 minutes of exercise a day is just enough to help you feel fit. It also help to refresh you and elevate your mood..
