Dish Up a Dose Of Egg Whites and Get Your Blood Pressure Down

Nutrition

Evidence from  new researches  conducted on the subject of hypertension shows that egg white protein may help to lower high blood pressure. According to the research,  egg white seems to lower elevated blood pressure as effective as some medications. They act like an ACE inhibitor and encourage dilation of blood vessels and urination of excess salt and water.

The research was presented at a meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS). Study leader  Zhipeng Yu, Ph.D., of Jilin University says  "Our research suggests that there may be another reason to call it ‘the incredible, edible egg,’  "We have evidence from the laboratory that a substance in egg white — it’s a peptide, one of the building blocks of proteins — reduces blood pressure about as much as a low dose of Captopril, a high-blood-pressure drug.”

Below are some other natural tips that are known to reduce blood pressure level.
